Cookie policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how DOREVUE, obrt za usluge, vl. Paula Srdanović, Zagreb, Ilica 71 ("we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://dorevue.com ("Website"). It explains what cookies are, which ones we use and why, and how you can control them.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in general.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your choices, and to provide information about how a website is used.
Cookies set by the website you are visiting (in this case, by us) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by another company are called "third-party cookies."
Which cookies do we use?
We use a small number of cookies, grouped into the categories below. Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded through Google Tag Manager and are only set if you allow that category in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline all" or ignore the banner, they are not set.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the Website to work and cannot be switched off. Under applicable law, they do not require your consent.
- cookie-consent: first-party. Remembers which cookie categories you allowed, so we do not ask again on every page. Expires after 1 year.
- dorevue_inquiry: first-party session storage (not a cookie). After you send the inquiry form, it shows your first name and our follow-up note on the thank-you page. Deleted when you close the browser tab.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make on the Website.
- preferred-language: first-party. Set only when you choose a language with the language selector, so the Website opens in that language on your next visit. Expires after 1 year.
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website (for example, which pages are visited most), so we can improve it. They are set by Google Analytics.
- _ga: third-party (Google). Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_<ID>: third-party (Google). Keeps track of your session. Expires after 2 years.
Google processes this data on our behalf. Some data may be transferred to and processed by Google in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Marketing cookies
We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It helps us measure how effective our ads on Facebook and Instagram are, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the Website. Meta may combine this information with other data it holds about you, for example if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram.
We use Meta's Advanced Matching feature. If you have allowed marketing cookies and fill in one of our forms, the Meta Pixel may automatically send details you entered (such as your email address, phone number, or name) to Meta in hashed form, so it is not sent as readable text. Meta uses them to match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account, so we can measure our ads more accurately. If you have not allowed marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel does not load and nothing is sent.
- _fbp: first-party, set by the Meta Pixel. Identifies your browser so Meta can measure and target ads. Expires after 3 months.
- _fbc: first-party, set by the Meta Pixel only if you arrive at the Website by clicking one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram. Records that click. Expires after 3 months.
- fr: third-party (Meta), set on Meta's own domain. Used by Meta to deliver, measure, and improve the relevance of ads. Expires after 3 months.
For the collection and transmission of data through the Meta Pixel, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers. Meta is responsible for any further processing of this data. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Some data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in Meta's Privacy Policy and manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
We also use Google Ads, an advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us measure how many people contact us after clicking one of our Google ads, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the Website. If you have not allowed marketing cookies, the following cookies are not set.
- _gcl_au: first-party, set by Google. Links clicks on our ads to later actions on the Website (conversions). Expires after 3 months.
- _gcl_aw: first-party, set by Google only if you arrive at the Website by clicking one of our Google ads. Records that click. Expires after 3 months.
Google may also set its own cookies on its domains (for example google.com or doubleclick.net). Some data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy and manage how Google personalizes ads in My Ad Center.
We also use the following browser storage for marketing, only if you have allowed marketing cookies:
- dorevue_attribution: first-party session storage (not a cookie). If you arrive from one of our ads, it keeps the ad's campaign labels and click ID while you browse the Website, so we know which ad your inquiry came from. Deleted when you close the browser tab or withdraw your marketing consent.
Legal basis
We set strictly necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Website. We set analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, given separately for each category in the cookie banner, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Electronic Communications Act.
How can I control cookies?
When you first visit the Website, a banner asks which cookies you allow. You can choose "Accept all" or "Decline all," or click "Customize" to switch analytics and marketing cookies on or off separately and then "Save choices." The Website works fully whatever you choose.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. If you withdraw your consent for a category, we stop loading the related service (Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or Google Ads) and delete the cookies it set on our domain. Cookies that Meta or Google set on their own domains (such as fr) can be deleted in your browser settings.
You can also:
- opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
- control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences;
- control how Google personalizes ads in My Ad Center;
- opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at Your Online Choices.
How can I control cookies in my browser?
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. If you block all cookies, some features of the Website (such as remembering your language) may not work. The following pages explain how to manage cookies in the most popular browsers:
How often will we update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we change the cookies we use, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this policy shows when it was last updated.
