We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for protecting our forms from spam and abuse, for server and error logs, and for the cookie that remembers your cookie choice. You can object to this processing at any time (see "WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?").
-

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements or to tailor advertisements to your interests. The third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests which may appear either on our Services or on other websites.
Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice: https://dorevue.com/en/cookies.
Google Analytics
We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impressions Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across the Services, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings and Ad Settings for mobile apps. Other opt out means include http://optout.networkadvertising.org/ and http://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.
Meta Pixel
If you allow marketing cookies in our cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit (such as the pages you view, your IP address, browser and device information, and the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc) and sends it to Meta. We use it to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited our website.
We also use Meta's Advanced Matching. When you fill in one of our forms, the Meta Pixel may automatically send the details you entered (such as your email address, phone number, or name) to Meta in hashed form, so they are not sent as readable text. Meta uses them to match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account.
We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection of this data and its transmission to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). We have agreed with Meta on the allocation of responsibilities (Controller Addendum). Meta is solely responsible for any further processing. You can exercise your rights against us or against Meta.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of our website. For more information, see Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
Google Ads
If you allow marketing cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google collects information about your visit (such as the pages you view, your IP address, browser and device information, whether you arrived by clicking one of our Google ads, and the cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw). We use it to measure how many people contact us after clicking our Google ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. Google may combine this information with other data it holds about you, for example if you are signed in to your Google Account.
We also use Google's enhanced conversions. When you submit one of our forms, the Google tag may send the details you entered (such as your email address, phone number, name or address) to Google in hashed form, so they are not sent as readable text. Google uses them to match your visit to a Google Account, so we can measure our ads more accurately.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of our website. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage how Google personalizes ads in My Ad Center.

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). In particular:

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

15. CLIENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
In Short: When you book a shoot, we process your booking details and the photographs we take. We publish photographs in which you can be recognised only with your consent.

-
your contact and booking details and the data on your contract and invoices,

photographs (and videos) of you and, depending on the service, your family, children and guests.
Purposes and legal bases. We take, edit and deliver the photographs to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep invoices and business records because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We show photographs in which you can be recognised on our website, on our social media profiles or in paid ads (Meta, Google) only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or refuse when you book. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for booking.
Children. We publish photographs of minors only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Guests. If you are a guest at an event we photograph and you ask us, we do not publish, or we remove, photographs in which you are clearly recognisable.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing dorevue@gmail.com. Within 14 days we will remove the photographs from our website and our profiles and will not use them in new ads. Withdrawal does not affect use before it; posts that others have already shared cannot be recalled.
Recipients. We may use an online gallery service to deliver your photographs and a storage provider for backup copies; such providers process the photographs only on our behalf. Photographs published on Instagram, Facebook or in ads are also processed by Meta or Google under their own privacy policies.
Retention. We keep delivered photographs for as long as we need them to provide our service (for example, to send you a new copy if you lose yours) and then delete them. Photographs you allowed us to publish are kept while your consent is in place. Contracts and invoices are kept as long as Croatian tax and accounting regulations require.
